2. Landline telephone, in the form of voicemail messages.
3. Over the internet, in the form of digital online enquiry forms.
4. Mobile telephone, in the form of SMS messages or voicemail messages.
5. Credit & debit card information is entered directly into a mobile card terminal with 'the client' for each transaction. We do not hold debit or credit card details on file.
How public data is deleted;

2. Landline telephone, in the form of voicemail messages. This data is deleted.
3. Over the internet, in the form of digital online enquiry forms. This data is deleted.
4. Mobile telephone, in the form of an SMS message and voicemail. This data is deleted.
5. Credit & debit card information is entered directly into a mobile card termival with 'the client' for each transaction. We do not hold debit or credit card details on file.
Where public data is stored;
The Essex Mole Catcher store public data on a PC and on a external hard drive as a backup.
Measures to protect public data;
PC and external hard drive are locked in a secure location daily when not in use. In the unlikely event our premises are compromised, we endeavour to keep public data safe and secure at all times.
We do not use public data for marketing purposes whatsoever, nor is public data passed or sold to third parties.
Public data collected and stored by us is used for the preparation of accounts only.
